- Both a Component Study and a Funding Study.
- Site visits to obtain essential data based on a visual inspection of all major components .
- Projections for Replacement costs as well as Useful and Remaining Lives which are based on thorough evaluations of actual contracts, conditions and comparables from our own database.
- Consultation with Board and Management to discuss the Draft Report, insure a complete understanding of the data presented, and agreement on a final report.
